Qualification: BE / BTech / MS-IT / B.Sc computers/ MBA (Systems) / MCA 

 

SKILL SET:

 

1.      Experience in handling Windows Server, Hardware & Networking and should have experience in Providing L2 and should have the acumen of L3 support.

 

2.      Windows 2003 installation & troubleshooting

 

3.      Handling backup of servers

 

4.      Active Directory (AD) administration

 

5.      DNS, DHCP, configuration & troubleshooting (Domain Name System & Dynamic Host Control Protocol)

 

6.      Installation & configuration of network printers, File server, administration

 

7.      RAID – configuration & troubleshooting (Redundant Array Integrated Device)

 

8.      Worked on server class machines/storage

 

9.      Proxy server and Web sense (URL Filtering) administration

 

10.  Good knowledge of Cluster Service 

 

11.  Good knowledge of mail server (Exchange 2003 & 2007) administration

 

12.  Good verbal & communication skills

 

13.  To be Support & service oriented

 

14.  Good Client interaction & relationship building capabilities

 

15.  Experience in Antivirus implementation. Maintenance and trouble shooting

 

16.  Experience in Office Communicator Server 2007

 

17.  Experience in VMware ESX

 

18.  Experience in Blade Center 

 

19.  Experience in SAN implementation and Maintenance

 

20.  Experience in Blackberry implementation and Maintenance

 

21.  Experience in Enterprise Project Management implementation and Maintenance

 

22.  Experience in Microsoft Office Share Point Server (MOSS)  implementation and Maintenance

 

23.  Experience in Windows Software Update service implementation and Maintenance

 

24.  Experience in implementation and Maintenance

 

25.  Experience in FTP implementation and Maintenance

 

26.  Experience in Networking (LAN & WAN) is Preferable
